To the Families of Capilano, 2009 was a life changing year for our family and we would like to extend our HEARTFELT gratitude to the community of Capilano for the support you provided us. As we were coming to terms with my diagnosis of Breast Cancer and all the treatments needed to fight it, a community came together and helped us walk through it. Within days we were surrounded by home cooked meals, flowers, endless offers to help and card's filled with hope and encouragement. Thank you to everyone who donated towards a weekly housekeeper. That was such a luxury and greatly appreciated. I need to send out a special thank you to Jackie Werstiuk. There are no words to express how grateful I am for your unwavering friendship. You walked through it with me and I thank you for that. Allow me to voice again how unique Capilano is and I feel blessed to be surrounded by so many caring people. Sincerely, Kriss and Jeff Eisenkrein and family
