Clubhouse reno budget approved |

The Capilano Community League executive unanimously approved the budget for the clubhouse renovation. The construction budget was approved as $133,000.00 which includes the contractor estimates for cabinets, plumbing, electrical, drywall and paint, and flooring. As well $50,000.00 is marked for extras including appliances, roll shutters, furniture, security, and other miscellaneous items. $35,000.00 will be required for deposits.
The league will be applying for the Community Facility Enhancement Program (CFEP) grant to help with the costs of the project.
