Volunteers are needed every weekday to work in the kitchen and make deliveries throughout the city. Meals on Wheels is a non-profit organization that provides nutritious meals to individuals who are unable to prepare meals for themselves.

Get to know your neighbourhood by becoming a volunteer delivery driver. Drivers are needed all over the city. Shifts are weekdays between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Kitchen volunteers prepare and package the meals each weekday between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. It's as easy as making sandwiches and peeling potatoes.

Hundreds of people across the city rely on the daily services provided by Meals on Wheels. Anyone can help - retirees, families, students, moms with small children or an office team would be welcome.
